Servers, Taviana and Celle

After hitting the box with a big stick, I managed to get Taviana up and running, and in the process upgraded all the bits that keep it running.

The current score is:

Celle at 74.91.117.29:2321
Taviana at 74.91.117.29:2320

I'll be focusing on vehicle spawns and adding extra buildings for the next while, and also fiddling around with the loadouts.
