I would love to play on this site, but with no admins/ no active admins and no support, its just dumb to play on there

I need help... I dont get it how i can withdraw. I am blocked from withdawals and the admin doesnt really help and always says the same, wich is just false. I went all in... How can i not meet the requirement to withdraw. Its annoying that i look for help and get a response 2-7 days later, with just the same message again.
