Dark Reality RP

New update coming out soon!
I will be adding a few things:
- YouTube Player
- Mining system
- Oil refinery system
- BitCoin Mining system
- Civs + Crims (Smart NPCs that wander around and can report crimes and steal from you. It will give the server a less empty feel when less players are on.)
- Handcuffs
- Maybe suitcases to change our appearance.
- Another robbery system (simple) that won't be as much money as bank.

Changes:
- Moving the bank to its own building So Banker job can be relevant. (Another reason listed in below's change.)
- Adding a simple PD vault thing (Less money than bank) and will also give the Police a reason to protect the PD.
