They do not give you information on how cheating occured, or when or how- but will remove your game- it honestly sounds like a scam and a way for a developer to get more money. As a parent i know my child is not able to 'cheat' in such a way to be banned- if he did something as far as misconduct i would expect a cool down. To me it appears this process is broken and i may need to find another avenue to make the issue public as many appear to be impacted.
