New XO/Meetings

I would like to announce that Deadeye is my new XO. He was in the old 104th, and he deserves this position. I would also like to say that the 104th will hold meetings every Sunday after the commander meetings. These meetings are times that you can discuss problems/improvements that I need to make. There you can also recommend troops to be tried out, and for your peers to be tried out for name characters and ARC.
