ABOUT

This will be an ALL rooftop tourny. This will be a short tournament just for fun and also maybe help out form new teams for scrims and maybe the CSL Season 2. 14 teams, 3 weeks. Each match gets 1 week to be played.

RULES

Can trick is legal
Scratching boomer is legal
Scraching white cans is ILLEGAL
Disconnecting boomer is ILLEGAL

--//Match Setup
//Time
Team captains need to agree on a time
If absolutely no time is agreed upon, the games will be scheduled for 11 P.M. EST on the last day of that week
All matches need to be scheduled as a group event for -CSRT group or informed to an admin WITH a comfirmation of both teams captains.
Teams who miss the time set up will be DQ. Screenshots and copy/paste help in this matter.
Team Captains will be responsible for adding each other to schedule their match, if teams cannot decide on a date/time, contact me for extensions.

//Matches
Best of 3 rooftop games per match, Best of 5 rounds each game (unless agreed by both teams - also screenshots or recordings help verify this)
Subs can be made in the middle of the game as long as the player joining is also on the team roster.

//Server
No plugins that modify the gameplay or change the balance of the game.
Both teams must agree to play scavogl, otherwise vinalla
All servers are US server unless agreed otherwise by both teams
Server must be agreed for both teams
If a server is not agreed uppon, an admin will chose a default server

A must take a screenshot to verify rule-breaking, glitches, ect..
Take scareenshots to verify scores

--//Rosters
-There will be allowed up to EIGHT players on a team, adding/dropping players will only be available up until week 2, after that the rosters for all teams will be locked.

This will be a fun and quick tourny. Sign ups will end Sep. 26, 2011.
