Once this clan gets big enough there WILL be a sort of ranking system in place, I expect orders to be followed and roles to be accepted, we're a team, and we have to execute in different areas to succeed as a team, what I'm trying to do is put a team together to have fun with, if you don't like that, then this group isn't for you.

250+ hours in Rust Preferred (Will put further applicants on a trial stage if this requirement is not met. First 4-6 applicants must meet this requirement)
