Knowing Russian slang, I'd say "pissed" in that context means "scared", not "upset" or "mad".

I do like russians i just don't like the way the act mostly and why should i be pissed? You shot yourself an own goal with all the vac bans, no one ever forced you to cheat so don't be suprised if no one wants to play a CW/PCW/SCRIM against you when probably half of your mates are well known hackers

Valve haven't talked officially about Left 4 Dead 3, however. "The one thing I'm really excited about is Left 4 Dead, the new Left 4 Dead," says Minh Le. "I saw it, it looks great. I was really excited when I saw that. I was like 'wow, this looks great'.
