Here's the links to my custom Xpadder profiles that I use for my Xbox controller, I think it's the best layout it can be and have been using them from the start. You will need Xpadder 5.7 to use these:

Once the profiles are loaded, go into the game and match the buttons to said key bindings according to the controller's layout.

I don't have any PS3 controller settings so please don't ask for them :/
