Alright, Listen up!

As members of CE, we are forced to go by a set of designated guidelines. I believe these are a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but they keep us in good standing with the locals. It's better to have friends than to have enemies, especially around these parts.
As a result, you must obide by the following:

- No free shooting without reason. You see a bandit with no weapon in hand, You CANNOT SHOOT. Bandits are considered civilians until they do something bandit-like. If they have a weapon in hand, though, you have full reason for shooting. If holstered, order them to drop it. If they run or refuse, you can shoot.

-Orders are orders, obey them! Officers have sidearms to shoot their disobedient men, not just the enemy.

-Tactics and communication are key, do not neglect them. Small detatchments of Special Forces can take down entire Platoons of careless enemies. A smart mind is as useful as a quick trigger finger in the right situation.

-Captives over Corpses. When able, arrest people instead of killing them. Killing someone only fuels the anger of the locals, which leads to locals being enlisted to the bandits' cause.

-One-man Armies do not exist, but one-man graves do. When undertaking a major offensive, always move as a group! One man is dead alone, so move together for a better chance for success and survival.

-Training Sessions will occur. While you all have passed Basic Training, extended training will occur, all the same. Dates and times will be schedueled and announced a few days ahead. Do expect them to be on Weekends.
