For now in case anyone is interested in playing Left 4 Dead 2 Demo as Infrected - I set up a server that lets you play infected:

You will need to enable CONSOLE for your Left 4 Dead 2 Demo.

Right click on "Left 4 Dead 2 Demo" in the my games list in steam and choose properties.

Click on the "Launch Options" and type in "-console" and OK to save.

Run the demo and you will see the console menu come up (~ is shortcut key to bring up).

To find my server... type in "openserverbrowser" (you will see a list like TF2)

Go to the "Favorites" and right click in the open area to "Add a server by IP"

Type in: 76.91.149.74:27015

Double click to join the game. To switch to Infected.. open the console (~) and type:
set_infected 1

This is for Noodle... can you provide the "Steam Group ID" for CKN group? I have a test Left 4 Dead 2 Server that let's you play infected and wanted to add to the Group's Servers but need the Steam Group ID. Says you can get this from the Group "Settings" page which I am sure only Admin can get to. Let me know. THx!
