6v6 Clan

Sidus has left, and it's made me realise the problems with this team, how we play, and my perspective of it's potential, and mine as a soldier.
After playing many many pugs, I made this team with the mindset to enter OZFL and to get progressivly better as a soldier and in competitive.
I believe this team isn't getting anywhere, some of our players never say anything, kab doesnt seem much interested (whens hes not on hols), and I get the sense that people arnt enthusiastic about getting better. Neither are players taking scrims seriously, take last nights game for example, a few of us just laughed at their failure, screwing up where possible.
May it's my leadership? Maybe I can't control the team well enough? If that is the case, none of you are telling me. And in my eyes if players wanted to get better, they would inform me of how I could change my leadership. This, in the end is my first team playing comp AND my first team leading at the same time. Further more, year 11 and 12 studies take priority and leading a clan is eating up more time than i'd prefer.
Nonetheless, I don't get the sense that I am getting any better at soldier or learning much. I am by no extent experienced in competitive, and I feel that the only way to get better is to play in a team that a) takes scrim seriously and b) are enthusiastic and willing to improve.
So, I've decided to find another team who I hope will help me get better. Call me selfish if you want, but I'm handing this clan over to whoever feels it has potential, and the leadership to push it further, a trait which I have realised I cannot handle nor have shown the ability nor knowledge to carry out.
