Hey guys,

It came to my attention that some people weren't happy with the class they were assigned for the team. Given that we barely had enough people to make a team, plus my method for assigning people was basically put everyone in a class they said they were okay with and I had little knowledge of anyone's skill in any class, it's not too surprising.

That being said, I'd like to actually involve everyone interested in the decision making process. It'd be best if all 9 of us were in a chat, actually discussing who enjoyed what class. We'll probably have to settle for having two different lineups, so that at least for part of the time, everyone plays a class they enjoy, instead of a few people making compromises while others get their cake and eat it too.

So, when can people take 10 or 20 minutes to just talk? If you're curious, the specific problems we have a lack of dedicated Demo or Heavy, and a lot of competition over Soldier, Pyro, and Spy.
