Patch 1.85.3 required
changes

- Added basic compatability with new 1.85.3 patch
- Added New Stug3 and StuH42 (including all icons, settings attached, localization)
- Added new UK Sherman models with adjusted pricing
- Included new accelerated animations
- Decreased reload time for IS2/IS3 main gun from 15 to 12
- Added AP mines to Sharpshooters
- Increased inventory size of all machine guns (MMGs being much larger)
- Increased assistant loader mg ammo to 800
- Reduced ammo for LMGs to 600 per man
- Fixed dragon teeth blocking infantry from crossing center bridge on Canal
