the message was : Wassup dude! i just got the beta version of Left 4 Dead 2! i cant get past this one part were theres a tank that are scaling the wall your climbing upand you have to beat it to the top and kill it with a chainsaw. i only made it to the top once and got owned. so come and help me and go install it at www.L4D2-steampowered.co.cc and ill get 2other friends to come help too.

i followed the link to a non steam site that prompted for a account name and password this i am certain was a hack attempt and any such message should be disregarded instantly
