Announcement on the Strange Caber

So Valve previously released the Strange Caber with the Series 30 crates. Unfortunately, it was broken, and didn't count kills properly. HOWEVER, now they've fixed it's kill counting and is now worthwhile for the caberknight who wants to track EXACTLY how many faces he's rearranged. Start saving if you want one, as they're about 4 refined, give or take.
