This is an organization developed in the PERP community. Joining this community will make you follow every step and rule:




Step #1: Training

We will not add people randomly, even if you're best friends with the leader, you should follow a training before becoming a proper gangmember.

Step #2: Rules

As gangmember you should follow EVERY rule on the server. Will this not happen, you'll get 1 warning. The next time you break a rule, we take action by removing you from the organization.

Step #3: Respect

Respect every member AND leader, even if you're in a bad position as "pissed off" or "stressed". We won't accept these behaviors.



RULES:

#1. (Step 3) Respect every gangmember in the organization.

#2. Don't raid people 24/7. This will lead us in a bad position and will cause a loss of reputation.

#3. If you're a gangmember, you're supposed to follow every activity if there's one on.

#4. If the leader isn't on, listen to the co-leader. If the co-leader isn't on aswell, listen to the 3rd leader. If all 3 of us aren't on, we give one of the members the lead.

#5. If the/a leader/co-leader/3rd-leader/member calls you if he/they are in a ♥♥♥♥ situation, you should always say YES!

#6. Listen to the leaders.

#7. Don't beg for money if you have moneyproblems. If you've done your best, there will be a bonus payment.

#8. If you want any weapons/drugs/etc., ask/buy (for) them from the leader. This will make everything easier, and will make a profit for the leader which makes the gang runnin'.

#9. Make sure you have good relationships with other gangs/organisations. This will lead our reputation to a high level.

#10. If you're going to do something like raiding/business/etc., always inform the leader about this!

If you are not working as a Business Monkey, you will NOT get your paycheck! Be active in the gang and you can get your paycheck.
