If you don't become an official clan war participant, you will be part of the practice crew.

Practices will be held on available CTF servers, meaning they are informal.

I will swap players from the practice group into the clan war group as I see fit (e.g. practicing player becomes better than clan war player, clan war player is inactive, practicing player asks nicely and a clan war player does not want to particpate).
