I contacted ValvE about uploading items to the workshop to be granted as a genuine quality to the winners of our tournament... and they actually replied!

They have said that we CAN grant medals for the winners in genuine quality!!

So basically we need to find a 3D modeller who can make the medals, but it will really help BAS to get more attention.
