A Truck Group for ATS MP

I have decided to promote member alink92 to Moderator. I have finally decided that alink's work and kindness during the last convoy that I was in is worthy of promotion. On the same token, Moderator PsychoDog has worked quite a bit (however insignificant it may seem to those who are not aware) to clean up the group after a incident involving a rogue member. In addition he has placed in some new rules regarding this incident, and some useful regulations on truck upgrade quality. For this I am promoting PsychoDog to Head Moderator (Officer), a nascent position.

I am planning on promoting members based on skill, experience, and ability, at a rate of about 1 to every 8 members until we reach 30 members, after which I will appoint moderators no less than 1 every 3 months.

Congratulations to them both. They will be in charge of the in-game operations on all levels including control and planning of events until I get back from my trip.
