Hello im Neo, creator of the Twitch.tv/gameavision_ and visionsofgaming channel. Here I am cultivating a positive community of gamers!
In this community we will be practicing good sportsmanship and positivity. 

Our rules and how we portray our image. 
Here on this team and community; we don't talk trash, we don't get salty, we don't troll, and we don't talk about religion, or politics. We also don't allow racism, sexism or homophobia. In this community you will say good game even if the enemy is being rude. Here we show the gaming world that we are above the negativity and hopefully we can make gaming a better place. 

There is no I in TEAM. 
Yes we have all heard this before and I believe its true. I believe a player is only as good as he's/her team. In this team and community we treat each other with respect and as equals. I believe if we act as one we can do anything and accomplish any task. On this team you will not take your salt out on another, you will say good try instead, we all have bad game and slumps. So instead of negative statements we will use positive reinforcement and give your teammates tips, help each other learn.
