Hello players,

First of all we hope you have all had a great holiday and start to the New Year. As some of you may have noticed, recently the server has been down due to multiple changes being made to it. These changes were too major for the server to remain up whilst these changes are happening, so apologies for that. There are a lot more jobs, weapons and miscellaneous content for all our players to enjoy.

What sort of new content and changes can I expect upon joining the server?

-Migration
One of the biggest changes made to the server is the migration of the server itself. The server is now hosted in the UK. Many people had requested that it is to be moved to the UK and so we followed through with that request. It has also fixed the annoying bug where players could not search for our server via the master search, so we can now hopefully expect to see some fresh faces on the server.

- Customisable Weapons
Another change which will affect gameplay is the switching of weapon add-ons. We have now changed our weapon pack to FA:S 2.0 Alpha SWEPs. Many people had asked us to change from Mad Cows to a different weapon pack. For those of you unfamiliar with FA:S, it is a weapon pack add-on which allows the player to customise the attachments that their weapon has. Each gun can have different attachments (all available to you via the F4 menu) which affect how the gun behaves. All guns have unique stats which will make weapon choice a crucial part of gameplay. If you require a refund for your weapons from Mad Cows, speak to a member of staff and they will either refund you or direct you to somebody who can.

- Pointshop
There are now finally purchasable items from the pointshop menu. Type ‘!ps’ in game to access the pointshop menu. There are now 16 Payday 2 masks available to buy for your character. In the near future we will be adding more items which adjust your character’s appearance to your liking and also items such as slight health and speed boosts, armour, weapons, and more. You get points by spending time on the server along with coming on the server every day and getting a daily reward.

- New Jobs, Map and More
We now have 41 jobs on the server (obviously not including the citizen or staff jobs) which will either be unlocked by default or by spending time on the server. Some of the jobs are not complete yet as we are still awaiting the required content. We have also changed our map to the original map that people enjoyed playing on when the server first started up. There is a lot more content which has been added which you will have to discover yourself in game. Remember, if you have any suggestions or improvements for the server, be sure to bring it up with one of the senior staff members and it will be taken into consideration.
