This is NG, your [REDACTED] President of the Anti Democratic Asian/White Group. Today I have urgent news based upon the at first benign disease which we had aptly named, "JISS". Previously, when a male susceptible to Weeabooism is subjected to a large load of JISS, they would undergo a transformation, a sort of demented metamorphosis in the microscopic and macroscopic scale. To summarize the steps they would under 4 "levels" of Weeabooism once subjected to JISS:

1. Acute urge to watch Japanese Anime and/or Manga

2. Uncontrollable lust of Japanese Culture leading them to seek additional secondary sources for their "enjoyment", which includes something called "yaoi".

3. Loss of Hygiene, incorporation of Wapanese (Weeaboo American Japanese) and the lust to go to their "homeworld" of "glorious Nippon".

4. Complete assimilation to the Japanese. Have shed all self identity. Japan is love for them, Japan is life for them. At this stage, the one true mercy we can give them, for at this stage the disease is uncurable, is a bullet to the head.

Yet with our top scientists working on this field, we have had to generate a new chart of levels due to the increased severity of the Weeabooism disease that plagues our nation. These new 5 levels are:

1. The Benign Phase, or what we call the "Carrier Phase"

In this phase the infected has acute desire to seek out Japanese based entertainment excluding games. At this stage, the new mutation has made it so that the person retains some form of their popularity (that is if they still had any to begin with) which can influence a more susceptible member of their posse to become part of them. We have deduced that anyone within occular vision has a 3.275% of having the urge to watch Japanese animations and comic books, in which they have a 6.9% chance to be salvaged out and saved, 69% chance to convert to Weeabooism stage 1 (which they could still be salvaged through electrotherapy), and the rest of the percentages they can simply just die.

2. The Malignant Phase, or what we call the "Pitfall Phase"

Japanese Induced Severe Sickness is a pitfall. Once the infected of stage 1 are in contact with Japanese Material Class 1-2 (Manga - Anime), they begin to cut contact and burn bridges with social peers and life. Their life begins to revolve around Japanese Entertainment. This stage is still curable, but only with a 4 to 5 step procedure that our scientists have dubbed "Mein Kampf Verfahren", or in English, the "My Struggle Procedure". These procedural steps are:
a.) Place infected specimen into cushioned room with Class VII restraints.
b.) Set up the "Flare Box", and set upon it 5 - 6 of the infected's noted loves.
c.) When subject manages to get within 2 feet and has occular vision of the noted loves, activate the "Flare Box" to disintegrate the filthy things.
d.) In this state, subject will go berserk, or start to learn that this stuff is bad. If berserk, use the Class XII tranquilizer railgun.
e.) If still infected, repeat from the beginning, but on step 3 lower the distance that the subject can get to before "Flare Box" detonates.

3. The "Brooding Stage"

Subject will undergo self isolation. This stage is the final stage in which the subject can be potentially cured. This stage can only be cured using Dr. Adolfus Fidel Stacastro's patented "KGB prodedure", or the "Kill Green ♥♥♥♥♥ procedure". We do not know why Mr. Stacastro named this so. 4. The "Infectious Stage" Or commonly known as the "Broodmother" stage.

Warning! If subject is allowed to get to this stage anything within 10 feet will, and shall, become Stage 1 - 2 Weeaboo victims. The lack of hygiene from self isolation will cause [REDACTED].

Recommended course of action: Activate Class B-6/7A Assault Droids. We also recommend activating Long Distance Sniper Droids. Under no circumstance are humans to be used against the "Broodmothers".

5. The "Death Phase"
