Though the world is no longer in chaos the effects of the third great world war has many nations shocked and slowly recovering. All but the great city state of Atlantis which had never entered the war, that aside this is the perfect place to set up a crime organization and become wealthy beyond ones dreams. But its important to know unlike the home-front nations Atlantis cracks down on crime hard. It as if Atlantis has declared war on those who seek to live a dishonest life and follow a life of crime.

- Soo how will you rise in the great city Atlantis? Will you become the best bank robber or will you lead one of the cities most powerful crime families.
