Later this week, we plan upon having an event in which the MPF will go to war with the Lambda resistance group. The backstory to all this is the Lambda are slowly taking over Japan, with the valley being the next place to take. During the event, no PKs would be given to members of Lambda or the MPF, owing to the fact it is a Lambda wars. New characters must be created if you wish to join the Lambda, to stop existing characters gaining additional gear and weaponry. New characters created will be assigned a backstory guideline towards this event, essentially a list of former achievements and conquests to use as a framework for a more detailed backstory. A few details to remember are that the Lambda do not work based on a rank system, they work on a trust system. The more battles a member has fought in, the more respect and trust they will have, meaning others would be more inclined to follow them. Earlier joiners will be given a higher number of previous battles. The war will largely be chaotic, random assaults on different strategic locations. A Lambda camp will be set up to serve as the home base for them, one OOCly trusted player will be granted BMD flags to arm people who have died.
