We are all trying to get out of silver and into higher ranks so that we can actually get into leagues and find more people to be on the team/roster. Help out by playing more comp and rank up, try playing with friends or go on /r/RecruitCS to find people around your rank to find them and play with them becuase they are probably good if they are willing to go on there to post or check for people.
