The following is a excerpt from a speech the Premier gave to the Supreme Soviet:

...Currently in the United States, our comrades are hunted like dogs! They are beaten, raped, and killed. The American government turns a blind eye because they condone this kind of behavior. Our American brothers are fighting for a free and just society which is a threat to Capitalist Imperialism. In the United States, only a small part of the population is actually free. They keep their African minority destitute and separate from the white majority to keep them complacent. The Bourgeois bureaucracy controls the entire government and they work diligently to keep their people wrapped in their false idea of "freedom". Therefore Comrades, we must use any means at our disposal to ensure the victory of the struggle of our American brothers. We must work towards effecting regime change in the United States of America!

Afterward, the Supreme Soviet officially recognized the Communist Part of the United States as an organization working towards the expansion of the ideals of Marx and Lenin. Soon they will vote on whether or not to allocate resources to helping the Americans work towards a regime change.

The USSR on the Algerian War of Independence

Comrades,

Since its foundation, following the words of comrades Lenin and Stalin, the Soviet Union stood against Imperialism and side-by-side with all oppressed nations of the world. From China to Cuba, we have always vowed to keep high the flag of Anti-imperialism and National Liberation, to break the shackles that the bourgeoisie of central nations impose on the world's periphery and the flow of capital that is then used to suppress the workers' movements.

All true communists are also firm opponents of colonialism and in this necessity, it is needless to say all communists would raise against imperialist aggression and would fight shoulder to shoulder with the national liberation movements of the world's periphery.

One such imperialist aggression that must be brought to an end and is already facing strong opposition is the french control of Algeria! Since 1954, the algerian patriots and nationalists have risen against foreign exploitation of their lands, against french colonialism and in a brutal and cowards aggression of the imperialists, the war has been bloody and merciless.

The Soviet Union feels the need to reaffirm our commitment to the anti-imperialist cause and therefore the Council of Ministers announces that we have formally decided to support the Algerian Communist Party(le Parti Communiste Algérien) in their rightful struggle for national liberation.

The USSR will send crates of supplies both for civil and military needs. Advisors and also political commissars are already on their way. Doctors, engineers and man other specialists are being commissioned to help the algerians both until and after the war, in the reconstruction efforts.

To consolidate our position in regards to the Algerian struggle and formally recognize the nationalist forces, I will be personally meeting the leader of the National Liberation Front, Ahmed Ben Bella.

Salutes to the Algerian People!

Long Live the Revolution!
Death to Imperialism!
