The Militia, are to be used in Armed Conflict that no other department of the Confederacy may be used to handle. Militia must stand and fight to the death, no matter what. Those found deserting shall be executed by one of the 3 glorious leaders, of Lè Glorious Confederacy of Yipponimas, Dekcatta, and Chekhov.
