About the unit

Xenon Services is a unique realism unit that incorporates the newly formed Private Military Contracting service into ArmA 3. We have a wide range of different positions for everyone to enjoy and experience the role that they may have an aptitude or enjoyment factor for.

Missions we do:

Missions will have a very security contracted feel. This means we will be embarking on missions such as: Protection contracts (Convoys & HVTs); Logistical transportation; Hostage rescue; Riot control; Neutralizing strongholds; Corporate protection contracts; Restoring peace to areas; Checkpointing and patrols; Naval Protection (Protecting freighters from harm). We have a very wide skillset and are able to embark on missions in any terrain.

Joining the unit:

The unit is completely free to join and does not require a compulsory attendance, it is very flexible. We want our members to enjoy their time and not fret about an attendance rate. If you're interested in joining add me on steam and I can add you to the unit.

Rules:

Immerse yourself at the enjoyment of everyone else. (That means don't spam radios, don't annoy people and don't attempt to disrupt the experience)
Do not attempt to kill or injure other personnel
Follow weapon guidelines (Some weapons are restricted)
Respect everyone
Listen to higher ranks
Do not remove transportation or heavy armour from the garage, consult a staff member.

Dynamo - MG Support section (For heavy control cases)
Foxhound - Operation section (Contractors, fieldmen, bodyguards, drivers etc)
Revelator - Medical section
Astral - Overwatch and marksmanship
Kamish - EOD and engineering for field repairs
Feather - Piloting and transportation as well as logistics
Genie - Submersible and naval units (For naval contracts or when land isn't a viable option)
Solace - Special forces (More equipped than contractors and or bodyguards or other form of ground forces)
Overlord - HQ command

Bad news (Please read whenever possible)

I have come to the decision to completely revitalize the unit. I felt that new recruits were being pushed away by toxicity, sheer unsettledness and that the unit was very unorganized (this was not directed at one person, it was created due to the unit atmosphere and prolonged resentment as well as the obligatory standpoint).

Therefore, I have sadly come to the decision to remove the currently standing members bar the founders. This comes with great sadness, however, it also means that in the future when the unit can stabilise and I feel it is necessary the original members will be able to re-enter and settle down.

I cannot afford to risk the hard work I have put into establishing the unit if I'm unable to apply sanctions where it is needed. I will also be adding an application process as I feel members felt they were not obliged to be there and therefore could afflict this on other members resulting in their experience being affected too. I hope every member can see from this that it I have really not enjoyed doing this, but I feel it is necessary for the unit to continue. I hope this is considered in a mature manner and that there will be no major issues with the decision.
