This was clearly a bad idea. Already, after having spawned after the last teir was unfair, another organization has spawned in here due to inactivity. This is extremely unorginaized,none has taken countires names that have left away,and nones changed map.The map hasnt even changed,with nations from last reset still their. Not to be rude,but the group essentiallys dead,since most people have left.

So the teir is hearby closed.Sorry folks.
