Yes, The server will be free to play in will No Monthly subscriptions.

Is it a free download ?

Yes, It will be a free download to play on this server.

Can we play this private server with all of my friends ?

Yes, the private server will be open to the public. The More the Marrier.

Do we have to donate to the server at any time ?

No, you will never be forced to donate to the server, But if we get donations then it would help out termendously paying for the servers and adding new itmes in like Plugins or other stuff that would be needed.

Will there be PvE and PvP the user can pick to play in ?

As of right now Yes there will be PvP and PvE for the people that don't want to kill other Players.
