This is PMC group, as in Private Mlitary Contractors. Our mission is to deal with the zombie outbreak and to collect evidence of S7's mishaps.

Evidence: Biohazard gear, Vipers.

Work towards fixing these issues: Setting up safezone radiators witin S7 areas and locking down visits to said areas. These are dangerous times and dangerous zones, civilians will only be hurt if they come here.
