Just another raffle group

Here, we allow people to set up raffles (free or otherwise) to be nice or to make profit.
Rules:
1. Refunds are not required unless the raffle is canceled. in the event the raffle is canceled, the host MUST return the entry fee to everyone who entered

2.Do not complain if you lose a raffle. you must know the risks when entering.

3. when creating a raffle you must include the entry fee, item value(how much the item is worth and source), and entry limit.

4. any raffles hosted must raffle something worth at least 5 refined UNLESS you receive permission from me or a moderator of the group.

5. Post raffles to the annoucements page.

6. Finally, out of the profit from a raffle, i recieve 25% Example: if you raffle something worth 5 refined and get 9 refined total in entries, and make 4 refined profit, i receive 1 refined out of the 4 and you can keep the rest.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a ban.
