For all having problems with MW3 collection 2,

--If you are unable to access DLC 2 please try the following:
If you are having issues accessing the DLC 2 please do the following:
Exit Steam.
Navigate to your Steam directory (C:\Program Files\Steam\) and delete the AppCache folder.
Restart Steam and launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
