Thank you for taking the time to read this, although it is a bit long. Right now, I am looking for some good SE, SEM, and GN1 players to become part of a "professional" silver/gn team. This group is for the people who are committed to CS:GO like I am, and are willing to become a part of a team that will become well accustomed to each others skills, roles, and rank up together. To be a part of the team, you will have to be assessed in your particular role that you request, if any. We will need a person for each of these roles (Entry Frager, Awper, Lurker, Support, Mid Round Player/Caller, In Game Leader)More info here http://wiki.teamliquid.net/counterstrike/Roles . If you are interested in a particular role, please message me about it (over steam), and I will get back to you as soon as I can. When you have messaged me about wanting a specific role, I will assess if you would be a good choice for the team in that role which will probably be on a single day for everyone. If you do not seem to be a good fit for the specific role you requested, I may suggest another, or under dire circumstances, say no to your application. Remember, I'm trying to get a lot of people of varying skills and tactical knowledge. This means that if you are not chosen for the team, it doesnt mean you are a bad player, but that there was one person that was slightly more fit for the position you requested. To set expectations, you must play CS:GO at least an average of two competitive games a day to qualify for the team, and to stay in it. If you are inactive for more than two weeks, your position will be put on hold. There may be a TEMPORARY replacement to your spot but as long as you message me about it within a month, your spot will be given back to you as a member of the team. If you are not active for a month on CS:GO, you may be replaced until you are assessed to be placed otherwise. However, I understand that things come up and you may not be able to play for a week or two, and thats ok. I will count that in to my decision if you will be replaced or not - most likely not. In the end, I am trying to create an experience for a team that can become friends, and have fun together, win or lose. What I'm trying to say, is that this is an oppurtunity to become a miniature "community" and have good time, while having serious aspects of ranking up and getting better at the game. You may be assessed at any time you wish after the initial team members have been chosen, to see if you are capable of performing the role you requested better than the team member already in that spot. Remember, to be a part of this group, you need an invite, to be part of this team, you need the determination to succeed and have a good time.
