I don't feel confident in my body anymore. I keep compairing myself to other girls, and I want to cry every time I look in the mirror.

yeah well, i don't have any real friends only online friends and most of my family is dead all i got left is one uncle and 2 grandparents. i live with my grandma and grandpa. i'm not really a people person i only like online friends cound be part of my mental illnesses, im unsure.

and do things that make you feel happy aswell :) always helps. and if I wanna chat to us, we're all ears

That is true. Family and friends are always support you, and people in this group will support you too. You are strong. Think positive. Get a journal or a piece of paper, and write down positive quotes. That will help. Try doing it everyday. Do it every morning when you wake up, and do it every night before you go to bed.
