We all (as a team or individually) sometimes have our bad days and some more than others but we realise sometimes it's just not your game. What do we look for? We look for, not only good aimers, but people with great game sense, as we feel this is the key to great success, and great communications skills; not talking when you don't need to but giving the relevant information when required.
