How do I get my cs_assault Vent Zap Certification (VZC)?

The only way to acquire a cs_assault VZC is to counter-zap the current VZC Administrator and take their weapon. Then you will be invited to this group and thus be issued your cs_assault VZC.

Where can I go to apply for a VZC?

Anywhere there is a vent! However, most people apply for their VZC on cs_assault, CT side. Plan carefully, not many make the cut for a VZC.

Who is the current VZC Administrator?

As of July 17th 2021, the current VZC Administrator is Yappy Dawg Jimmy Time.

Does the vent counter-zap count if I don't take the VZC Administrator's weapon?

No. You must take the VZC Administrator's weapon as a trophy and as proof of your ability to counter-zap. Your VZC will not be issued unless you take the trophy.
