Decadent Heir Playtest Is Live! Rewards for Participants!

Hello everyone!
I have two important updates to share with you.

Russian Games Festival 2026 is happening on Steam right now — an annual online festival of Russian games that brings together developers from Russia and other countries around the world.
You can expect exclusive trailers, discounts, demos, and updates for all kinds of games.

Decadent Heir is also taking part in the festival. And to celebrate the occasion, I’m happy to announce that the Playtest is now live!

Everyone who signed up in advance has already received access. New requests will also be approved manually throughout the Playtest. Don’t worry: everyone who wants to take part will be able to get access. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can still do it now. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a notification.

The Playtest is available for a limited time only — from May 1 through May 15.

What makes this Playtest different from the previously released demo?
- The first chapter has been improved in both gameplay mechanics and story content.
- Full Russian voice acting has been added for the dialogues!
- You can now leave feedback through a Google Form.
- Steam achievements have been added.
- A unique reward is available for Playtest participants.

By taking part in the Playtest and meeting certain requirements, each participant will be able to receive a unique reward — an exclusive talent that will become available in the release version of the game.

Requirements:
- Add the game to your wishlist.
- Follow the publisher page on Steam.
- Unlock the Steam achievement “Finish Playtest”.

At the very beginning of the game, you will be able to choose one of four basic talents.



Playtest participants will gain access to an additional exclusive talent in the release version of the game. This talent is called “Lucky Charm”, and it increases your luck when making risky choices.

With this talent, your playthrough may take a completely unique path. The game’s risk system is designed so that every risky choice can lead to an unpredictable outcome — from the death of the main character to the discovery of new unique story branches!
