Tired of D2 LoD? Well this isn't your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ old vanilla D2, it's D2: can't see ♥♥♥♥ edition, or Median XL.
The main attraction of Median XL is the brand new skill trees, 30 skills per class, providing a whole new experience. The mod also offers a new base item setup with 7 quality tiers, 480 uniques, 310 runewords, a new affix pool and gem/jewel stats, honorific items and many new and powerful crafting recipes.

The mod is pretty much the closest thing you can find to a total overhaul of D2. All new items, monsters, you name it. With changes to the monsters there's a steep increase in difficulty, you're not going to be able to blaze through to a5 in a day with your hammerdin and tacobaal your way to 99 (especially since hammerdins don't exist now and the level cap is 120). For endgame, there are over 30 uberquests based on Diablo lore, ranging from ez modo bosses right at the entrance to getting instant killed by crowds of super harpies and robots. You are rewarded with unique charms, items, and great runes, however. There are tons, TONS of viable builds. You can make a viable build around ANY skill, pretty much, or even base your build off of item procs/oskills. The possibilities are endless, and among the best builds for uberquests are pretty obscure, like builds based off of oskills.

Plugy is a mod that gives you an unlimited number of stash pages, shared between your various characters. This makes it easy to transfer items and makes space management so much easier.
