Preamble:

We the People of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This constitution insures our Freedom from America.

The Bill of Rights:
Section 1 ... Rights of life, liberty, worship, pursuit of safety and happiness, free speech, acquiring and protecting property, peaceable assembly, redress of grievances, bearing arms.
Section 2 ... Absolute and arbitrary power denied.
Section 3 ... Men are equal -- No exclusive grant except for public services -- Property not to be exempted from taxation -- Grants revocable.
Section 4 ... Power inherent in the people -- Right to alter, reform, or abolish government.
Section 5 ... Right of religious freedom.
Section 6 ... Elections to be free and equal.
Section 7 ... Right of trial by jury.
Section 8 ... Freedom of speech and of the press.
Section 9 ... Truth may be given in evidence in prosecution for publishing matters proper for public information -- Jury to try law and facts in libel prosecutions.
Section 10 ... Security from search and seizure -- Conditions of issuance of warrant.
Section 11 ... Rights of accused in criminal prosecution -- Change of venue.
Section 12 ... Indictable offense not to be prosecuted by information -- Exceptions.
Section 13 ... Double jeopardy -- Property not to be taken for public use without compensation.

Article I

Congress shall be divided into two smaller bodies, on in the Senate and one in
House of Representastives.

Section 1: All members of Congress shall be elected on a "first come, first served basis"

Section 2: All people must be active in the Commonwealth.

Section 3: Laws shall be passed using a majority vote.

Section 4: Amendments to the Constitution shall come directly into the House of Representatives and the Senate combined. It will be a 2/3 majority vote to add the amendment.

Section 5: The rest of this Section shall come from Laws passed by the Congress.

Section 6: Nobody can call for a constitutional Referendum except the President and the Members of his cabinet.
Article II
Impeachment

Section 1: Impeachment shall come from a vote in the House of Representatives.

Section 2: The Senate shall be in charge of the court case of the President. They shall decide if the president shall leave office.

Section 3: the Senate vote's jury shall decide if the president is innocent or guilty, the jury being the Speaker of the House.

Section 4: The president shall be defended by lawyers that he has selected. The prosecuters will be 2 people in the House that voted for the impeachment, chosen by the Vice President.

Section 5: If the President is proven guilty, the president must leave office and the Vice president will become the president.

Section 6: When the Vice President is sworn in, he shall pick the members of the cabinet as well as vice president.

Section 7: All members of cabinet must be allowed into office by the surpreme court.

Section 8: The president will have the option of resigning or having the trial in the Senate if the House of Representatives votes to impeach.

Article III

Section 1: The Speaker of the House has all of the power in the House of Representatives.

Section 2: The Speaker of the House has the right to terminate members of Congress.

Section 3: The Speaker of the House sets up billls to be passed, as well as sets the agenda.

Section 4: The Speaker of the House, at any point can terminate the Vice President and the members of Congress if the president agrees.

Section 5: Any bill can be voided by the Speaker. If the Speaker approves, the president and Vice President can decide the fate of the bill.
