Not sold in Mann Co Store due to copyright reasons.
Only way to obtain was through over $20 purchase with extreme luck.
Now because of Mann Co Store Package, no longer obtainable.

I feel we should set a value for these. Somewhere around 5-6 keys.

Price is not dependant on rarity itself, it depends on demand mostly. Currently, there is little to no demand for these items. Thus, their price is around 2 - 3 keys each. Also, they are solely important to uncraftable traders, little of which are around these days.
