1. KOS is allowed in all unclaimed areas at any time. This allows for roadside bandits and open world (meaning unclaimed land) PVP.
2. Uninvited guests to your claim. If they are in your boundary you can kill them when they show up unannounced both during JH and non JH days. So keep in mind where you are running by using ctrl f4 to show claims when you are out and about.
3. NO KOS on a claim if they have asked for permission to visit you and do so peacefully. Unless invited to come for a fight. You must announce your visit peacful or otherwise before entering a claim.
4.No repeated player stalking on claim boundaries or outside claim gates on non JH hours. If you hunt someone down and kill them once thats fair play but if you are continuously hunting them everywhere and are waiting for them outside their claim repeatedly thats stalking. It will come with warnings first, soft kicks for repeated offences, and eventually hard kicks if you drive players away doing so too often.
