For those of you having font issues with laptop AMD/Nvidia cards this patch is something you should check out and see if it fixes your issues.

Quite a few fixes in this one so check out the change log

Running steam should update the game (it's a small 5MB download). If your game isn't updating, restart steam as that usually 'kicks it in the head' to update games.Your patch version is shown in the lower right hand corner of the main menu.

Note that the patch wipes your preferences out so you may need to re-tweak your prefs (like disabling the intro movie).
