Bringing ALL the Clan's of Arma to Meet and greet

I would like to introduce myself and Dutch, we are setting up a new joint operations ALiVE server. Our goal for this server is to deliver the most challenging and impressive arma 3 experiences. We plan on achieving this goal through a mix of mission development through deployment and mission structure to ensure that everyone is given a ability to enjoy the server. Our current plant is to include every group that is large enough to fill at least a squad. We will be setting up individual groups in their own starting zones with their own equipment for their own use.
In the future before the access to the server is open we will be posting a ROE, SOP and a OPORD for the players of the server. It is of major importance that everyone who will be playing on the server reads these posts
as they will outline the major objectives of the current phase of the Operation. I will now answer some basic questions about this mission and ourselves for everyone, if you have any more questions please feel free to ask in
this thread.
1. What is @ALiVE? - alive is a mod for arma 3 from the creators of MSO. Alive simulates a realistic military operation in almost every scenario. This includes a virtual space that units operate in, they can receive information from other units that spot the enemy and move towards them. Alive also supports civilians tasking to simulate a realistic setting of movement.


2.What is the mission? - The current mission is Operation Freedom Rings, based on the map of Reshmaan. The nation of Syria has been in a state of civil war with a islamic extrismist and the syrian army from. The group has been ethnicity cleansing the people of region since taking control of the country. At the request from the United Nations Security Council a internation task force has been set up to stop the killings. UN forces have taken control of the air strip in the south east of Reshman. The map has a range hills and moutians, light foliage fields, small and large water ways in the center of the map.

3. Will we all have our own camps with out own assets? - Yes, each unit will have their own starting area with their own gear but units will share camps with other units within their branch.
