Vigilance is a faction started and led by the community leader, [TnB] Dave. It's goal is to create and establish the Zone as a micro-nation aswell as regulate the aberrations that're created from within.

This group is to function as a function of contacting one another, whether it be IC or OOC.

In Character this group will function like a PDA, where everything within the appropriate forum will be IC, this'll allow everyone to contact one another in a more believable way. Please do not abuse this.

Out of character, this group was to function as a way to make everything more tight-knit, to allow people to talk to one another and bring up any specifications that require looking into by the members of the group and/or Dave.
