Work Hard & Game Harder

Hey team,

I was thinking alot about us. As a team and as individuals. About all those games we played and the trash talk, the toxicity, and the bullying we face on a daily basis. It seems that the list of not-so-clever acronyms for TSG is seemingly endless.
So here's something that I wanted to share with all of you.
It's okay if we lose. It's okay that we can get our asses kicked and it's especially okay if we suck.
I'm not concered with being a better player than any of you. And I'm not concered if any of you are better than me. My biggest concern is that I'm better than myself. I want to be able to log off of League at the end of the night and think to myself "I'm better than I was yesterday."

In life, when you die, it doesn't matter how much money you had. How smart you were, or how much stronger you were than the rest of the world. Because the rest of the world is still alive and it will go on without you. What matters the most is if, at the end of your time, you can look back and honestly say that you are better person than you were the day before, the year before, and every year before that; because that, in my opinion, is the only way to win.

So no matter how many times we get called names, no matter how many time we get called bad; no matter how many times we see the words "Defeat". Only by worrying more about improving ourselves will we ever get to the see the true "Victory" screen. In this life, and the next.

I hope this brings you all something inspiration, so let's get to work and game hard. We've got a long road ahead of us.
