• You must own the playfield in order to make changes to it.
  
• Changes will occur on Wednesdays but the fees are collected any time before Monday.
  
• all changes to be made will be posted to the Steam Group on Sunday unless the buyer purchases Covert Change for the change taking place.
  
• These fees may be changed by council vote.
  
• Council is made up of owner representatives from each playfield (unowned playfields are Owned by the Council)
  
• Akuas and Omicrons cannot be bought
