If positive this will gain you the status of "hangaround", which, after you have proven your worth over time, will turn into "Prospect". Once having been a prospect for in general a rather lengthy time and having brought all tasks given to you to a satisfactory end, you may be called upon to perform the passage rite, after which you are a full fletched member.
