Gentlemen, the Kingdom of Italy, has been declared war upon. As members of the Grand Entente, it is requested that you join the war in defense of Italy. If you cannot provide militay aid, financial aid and military access are requested. I also request that you lend any of your Generals to Italy. I thank Kaiser Franz, for nobly coming to Italy's aid and I hope that you shall all do the same. Thank you!

France has been accepted into the Grand Entente and shall be the final nation to gain membership as no others will be accepted. Also, the proposal was passed concerning alliances with nations outside of the Grand Entente.
